Because we offer excellent service that extends beyond the dental chair, we have trained our staff to help you navigate insurance questions and financing. Our goals are to make sure you are educated on the costs of your dental treatment and not to let expense prevent you from receiving the quality care you need.
We are preferred providers for many of the available insurance plans. As a courtesy to you, we may obtain a breakdown of your insurance benefits and even request prior authorizations for treatment at your request. This helps determine if your insurance will cover a procedure before it is scheduled. We may also submit your insurance claims electronically to your insurance carrier for you. Please keep in mind, however, that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Since we are not an involved party with this contract, you are responsible for any non-payment on your account. We also require that co-pays and deductibles be paid at the time services are rendered.
We allow 60 days for the insurance company to provide payments for your services. After this time, if there is no insurance payment on your account the balance will be billed to you. We may resubmit a claim with a detailed narrative in special cases prior to billing you.
Please remember to let us know at the beginning of each visit if there are any updates or changes to your insurance policy and/or your employment status so that we can assist you in maximizing your benefits.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, Care Credit, cash or personal check.
